A popular China Congou black tea with rose petals for a very fragrant aroma and taste.
Best enjoyed black.
Preparation: Use approximately 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour over freshly boiled water and cover. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. Dispose of the used tea leaves.
Use with a tea strainer or tea pot to avoid the mess.

This is a lovely, delicate rose tea. It sounds odd in relation to a tea, but it is definitely one which makes you relax, sigh with pleasure, and then think quietly about nice, peaceful things. A serene tea in other words, rather than zingy or peps you up. I love it, especially at the traditional tea time of day. It is not a morning tea.
As always, beautifully packed and delivered by Pumphreys.
