This is our most popular specialty flavoured tea.
With a very distinctive flavour and aroma, this tea will leave your taste buds tingling.
Can be enjoyed both black or with milk.
Preparation: Use approximately 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour over freshly boiled water and cover. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. Dispose of the used tea leaves.
Use with a strainer or tea pot to avoid the mess.

Well not until we dropped into the Lord Crewe Hotel and tearooms in Bamburgh for a quick cuppa and a bite to eat. It was amazing to discover the selection of teas they had to choose from – on our first visit I chose China Jade Wings Flavoured with Mango, the next time I decided to try Blue Lady. The delicious subtle blends of both teas were amazing, for someone whose idea of the exotic is a supermarket Earl Grey I just had to buy some; so the staff at the hotel directed me to your website where I was promptly spoilt for choice. My Blue Lady order arrived within a few days and I am now happily imbibing her whenever there is an excuse for tea. I keep it all to myself -visitors still get offered a tea bag.. So to quote the phrase ‘ I’ll be back’

Discovered this tea at the Lord Crewe tearooms in Bamburgh. It has a beautiful subtle taste and as soon as I got home, I ordered some from your website. On drinking some at home, it took me right back to being on holiday, in fact, I think I will go and have a cup when I have written this review.
It might be a good idea if the tearoom sold packets of tea as well as the coffee that they already sell.

Been buying this for over 20 years now. It knocks packet versions out of the ground – Lady Grey and variations are no substitute for this floral gem. Make it too strong and the fragrance is lost, so err on the weak side.

We love this tea and the service from Pumphrey’s is excellent. My husband has found the new bag a bit frustrating to open but we’ve kept the old plastic bags so can transfer our tea into those. We assume it’s to be more environmentally friendly that the bag has changed. Is it recylcable in with Tetra packs we wonder?
